Rating a 1 star is even alot for the person running this circus. That is exactly what this is. This person, Albert Garcia, was paid for a $4,000 job to make a room in a garage and never even started on the job, he went and took measurements and never went back. He was called many times and he would always say that he would make in that week and never did. Eventually, he stopped answering, and that is how he walked away with $4,000 for a job that was never done. The address that is on file is not legite either, he USED to live there but does not live there since almost a year ago. BE CAREFULL WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL!!!! DO NOT LET HIM STEAL FROM YOU LIKE HE DID ME!!!
