Our main focus in our line of business, is cut out the disconnects and confusion between contractor and homeowner. Our motto is integrity and transparency! At Black Bear Builders, we have over 35 years of experience in all aspects in construction. We have recently started up a full time roofing section and have 4 shingle, and 2 framing crews ready to rock and roll! | Re-Shingle - 30yr Laminated Owens Corning Shingle | Apr 2018 | This project was a Hail/Wind claim, re-roof for one of our returning customers. We performed an inspection with insurance and acted as the liaison for the homeowner. We were able to mitigate descrepencies with insurance and achieve all necessary repairs for the homeowners. This particular project was a 36SQ re-roof. We installed 30 Year Onxy Black 3 tab laminated shingle by Owens Corning, although insurance granted only 25 year shingle. We replaced the underlayment with synthetic felt although insurance only granted 15lb felt. We utilize the necessary funding to get you the most bang for your buck. The homeowner was very excited with how the project turned out, and we are happy to have another satisfied customer. We look forward to working for this particular client in the future and hope to be the contractor the family calls when in need.
