Bernard Blanchard did good acceptable electrical work, but has no social skills and came in way over budget due to his slow working. I would not use him if you were looking for a friendly professional customer service oriented person. there are certainly electricians more respectful to the customer who you can find if you don’t like giving money to a person of low character..
