Worst customer service ever. Called to have the starter replaced in a gas oven. Carlos showed up with no identification and in the middle of the pandemic did not want to put on his mask. Spent the hour at my home fielding other customer calls. Quoted a price of 389 but charged me 500 after my husband left. Would not give me a breakdown of the bill showing what the part cost and how much was labor. Contacted him that evening about the overcharge. Told us he would issue a credit on our credit card. A month later and no credit on the statement. Called and spoke to someone else who said a check would be put in the mail the next day. What a surprise...NO a check has ever arrived. They will not answer my calls or texts to follow up. That’s what I call poor service and even poorer customer relations! Truly feel we were taken advantage of during a very difficult time. After a bad review 2 months later he showed up at my door with cash in hand.

WARNING!!! AVOID THIS 'COMPANY', GUY LIKE A PLAGUE!!!! My LG refrigerator stopped getting cold (it was still cooling, but not freezing). I unfortunately ended up with CNM (not a company, but some guy who's doing his own thing. I found this out when it was too late.) I Googled repairs and I found a web site (call center) that connects you to service technicians. The tech, Carlos, came, looked at it and said the gas wasn't flowing properly so he'll need to change the part. He changed the part and it still wasn't working, so he said he didn't realize the compressor wasn't working and he'll return the next day to complete the job. He came 9:30 PM the next day and changed the compressor and the fridge still isn't working. By the way, he left my house almost 12AM. The funny thing is, I knew something was wrong because he called someone while he was working on the compressor and he spoke to the person on the other end of the line in Spanish, not knowing that I know a little Spanish. He was asking the person for help. He charged me $748 and I'm worse off than I was when he came. When he came, the fridge was cooling a little, the food in the fridge wouldn't have gone bad. Now, the fridge isn't cooling AT ALL. EVERYTHING had to be thrown out. I texted him (after trying to reach him by phone several times) to let him know the job wasn't done properly and I didn't want him back at my house. The same say, he turned up at my house at 7PM (no call to say he was coming) with 2 other guys. One he brought to help him work on the fridge. Of course, I turned him away, told him I didn't want him touching my fridge. I am convinced this fraud removed parts from my fridge that wasn't necessary, because he had NO IDEA what he was doing. I had a reputable company come out to look at the fridge. They told me the compressor installed by Carlos, CNM is faulty and NOT new.

In my opinion, CNM Services is a fraud. CNM's owner, "Carlos" attempted to repair a small U-Line refrigerator on my boat in Ft lauderdale and gave me a verbal guarantee stating that if he could not repair the refrigerator to my satisfaction, he would return all of our money! But, after 4 attempts to repair over more than a month and receiving our payments totaling $510, he stated that he could do no more. When I asked him for my money back he said that he would return the money if we found another company that could perform the repair successfully. Well, that was pretty easy....We had the unit successfully repaired by Neptune Air in Ft Lauderdale for approximately the same price. We sent the Neptune Air invoice to Carlos at CNM, but he will not return any money! In my opinion, this guy is a fraud and certainly CNM is a very inadequate repair company. I would not recommend them to even an enemy. M. Griffin
