They are being investigated by the Miami Dade Inspection Department. This company is a real loser.

Supreme Aluminum is an amazing company. Gabriel Garcia was very professional and always kept me informed of the process. He made the process was very smooth and he was always available even for weekends He gave me great suggestions for our outdoor kitchen. He surpassed our expectations to the point that I’m going to keep working with them now for our pergola roof!

Signed contract and waited for weeks for 2 structures because according to them, the materials will be produced and it will take longer because of Covid. Anyway, the project will be a 20'x6' and a 10'x5' pergola style insulated roof. We waited, then finally they gave us a call that the materials are ready to be put up. Great! FUCK NO! The next day they called and told us that they cannot do the 20'x6' structure because its elevated on the 2nd floor of my house. What??!!! They have weeks to study the project site and they chose and decided to let us know that they can't do it a day after they said all materials are ready??? Where's the professionalism? None!! But anyway, since we waited for weeks, it would be a shame if we can't have anything build at least - so we gave them a chance and have them build the smaller structure - Again very UNPROFESSIONAL!! A 2 man crew came in late, not minutes but hours, it took em 3 days to finish the small structure. This guys are amateurs, unprofessional, certainly not punctual, I don't even think they know their job. I should've kicked them out on that day right away and just ask my money back!! Don't waste your time and money and go find someone else...

There is a crack in the concrete slab they poured for my project, which developed ONLY after 6-7 months after being poured. It spans about 85% of the length of the slab. After multiple attempts to have them come out to see it, they keep ignoring my requests. I’ve also been left with rusting ceiling lights (2 times already). There have been multiple leaks in my roof, which I had to fix myself. They left footprints in the concrete sealer. They over sprayed paint onto my house and patio doors when correcting this problem. They lost my home survey which they needed to obtain a permit. There is a very large puddle (several feet wide) that develops on the slab after minimal rainfall. The list goes much longer than this - there was very little that was done correctly on this job. To say that this was a nightmare is an understatement. The level of unprofessionalism is incredible, even for South Florida standards. I have extensive experience in real estate and home improvement, and I have never dealt with such a lack of product quality, workmanship, and customer service. I have been extremely nice during the entire process, and I keep getting blown off and forgotten about, which leads me to this review. They’ve left me with very expensive repairs to look into (several thousands of dollars). Maybe now they’ll actually take action. SUPREME ALUMINUM: I NEED SOMEONE TO CORRECT THE CRACK IN MY SLAB – HONOR YOUR WARRANTY.
