Horrible experience. Frank came out in august 2023 to do measurements for a fence and I paid a deposit. That was the last time I ever saw him. Supposedly he filed to get a permit to build the fence. I have not seen the permit or whether it went through. Frank provides no updates. Frank doesn’t answer my calls and rarely answers my texts. I complained numerous times about the lack of communication. Nothing changed. On January 9, 2024 Frank finally texted me back that when he returned to miami the following week he would return my deposit. As of March 4, 2024, the deposit has not been returned. The fence was never installed..

In August I contracted with Quality Fence Corp to have a fence installed in my backyard in a new development. After several communications with Frank indicating he was waiting on the permit from the city, I decided to contact the city myself. The city did not have any indication of a permit request from Frank for my property. This was 4 months ago...still no fence, still not permit request. I began contacting Frank two weeks ago requesting a full refund of $1,265 which he requested up front upon contract. He told me his book keeper would be sending out a check to me. No check. I called Frank to follow-up, he hung up the phone. When I tried calling the number again, it was disconnected. I will be taking legal action as Frank has frauded me out of $1,265. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR FENCING!

The entire staff was professional and friendly. Every person involved was punctual. The installers kept everything neat as they worked quickly and efficiently. They could not have done a better job. I wanted to thank you, the fence came out great. I really appreciate you getting it scheduled for the perfect time for me. Frank and his crew were awesome, they worked extremely hard and did a great job. Was very obvious they wanted the job to be as perfect as possible including taking into account that we have small dogs. Great guys, please thank them again for me. Even my next door neighbor commented on what a great job they did and about how hard they worked all day. If I meet anyone else down there looking to put in a fence, I’ll definitely be recommending FM Quality Fence Corp.
