Ruben Romero Pools Automation

Please do not use this pool company “Ruben Romero Pools”, or any of the people that work with him (especially the company “Haitian Pools”). Gave him over $15,000 in cash to resurface our pool, put in a new pump/heater, install a new LED light, and put new tiles around the pool. This project was paid in full in November of 2020. It’s now mid-February and have had no closure. Pool is COMPLETELY CRACKED, as well as the hot tub. Had to pay a different pool company to do a leak detection test, due to Ruben Romero not answering multiple calls, texts, and emails. There was a leak due to the way Ruben’s company did not seal around the light. He promised me several dates he would take care of it and never showed up nor called, after I stayed home waiting. In addition, the new pool heater and pump had a minor crack (which we videoed to show him as it was leaking water). Ruben continues to promise us that he is reputable and will follow up to complete the job. I was incredibly patient through Covid and the holidays, but at this point I don’t want anyone else to get ripped off by this man or his company. I have made sure my community is aware as well, of the mess they left. Highly urge you to not use this company!!!!!

Make yourself a favor an stay away from this gentleman. He did not complete the job he was hired for. After agreeing to finish and complete multiple problems in my property including lighting, jets that sprayed water out of the pool and brand new tile that was stained due to inadequate installation, he never showed up and ignored completely my emails and phone calls. Don’t let his mild manners and soft speaking fool you.
