Miami Beach | It was a contemporary home. The client had existing very traditional dining furniture that she wished to keep so I had the table pedestal bases painted in hi-gloss white and put a glass top ontop. I then had the buffet painted in black. The ceiling has silver wallpaper that I inserted inside of a contemporary molding that I added to the ceiling. The curtains are made of green silk and the stainless steel rods are from Blome. We added contemporary white leather chairs with chrome nail heads. In the family room I custom designed the TV wall unit in black wood with a white interior and mirrored backing. The white leather sectional is from American Leather. We created an area rug out of carpet tiles since the family had dogs and were concerned about maintenance. | Miami Beach, FL
Miami Home | This home is close to Dadeland Mall and Baptist hospital. It is an eclectic mix of traditional-contemporary-tropical. | Miami, FL
Key Biscayne | This was a remodelling project of an older existing home in Key Biscayne. I worked with the architect and general contractor in creating the space plan of the new addition. I designed their new custom kitchen, the custom stair case leading to the master bedroom, two bathrooms, selected flooring, wallcoverings, lighting, furnishings, and window treatements. I also selected all the plumbing fixtures and designed all the cabinetry. It was an older mediterranean Spanish Style home that we modernized to create a fresh contemporary design that still went with the older architecture | Key Biscayne, FL |
