Oversize enclosed shower renovation. Whole bath was gutted and new marble tiles were installed in the wall, including a corner bench and a wall niche for convenience. New shower floor and new bathroom floor tiles added as new fixtures and a very modern frame-less door. A new vapor sealed recessed light was installed in the shower, new paint, a complete and different master bathroom was created.

As promised Mrs Compel call us to remodel her Master Bathroom. The Bathroom has an oversize sink in shower and the existing step down was removed and a most comfortable one was build and also for more convenience a corner bench and a couple of wall niches were added too. To keep natural light to keep entering the space a glass brick wall was build and a new recessed shower light was added too. An beautiful oversize wall tile was installed and a nice river rock shower floor was added and a modern looking single vanity was installed special order for the customer. As a result a modern, easy to clean and very comfortable master bath was created and the customer loves it.

To open the kitchen to the dining room area we removed all the walls and soffits and extended the peninsula to keep the open space look that it has now. After New floor tiles, new cabinetry, beautiful Quartz Countertops and a very nice mosaic tile backsplash were installed, all new appliances and 3 new pendant lights were installed to finish the look.

To better open the area into the kitchen we removed part ot the wall all the way up to the ceiling to enhance the flow and community of both rooms. New Wood floors were installed and all the cabinetry was replaced, new counter-tops were installed to allow more usable space for seating. New glass backsplash tile, also new under cabinets and recessed lights were added for better visibility and couple of pendant lights to harmonize more the space. A lots of accessories were installed to allow full functionality. Customer was so pleased that she wants to have her Master Bathroom Remodeled later.

An old enclose gallery kitchen and carpet floors apt was completely redone. New beautiful 12" x 24" Porcelain Tile was installed in all the apt and the wall between the living room and the kitchen was removed. Customer wanted to keep the mirrors in the living room wall so a small partition was added and finish. New cabinets and appliances were installed and after the gorgeous Blanco Gabriel granite countertops and backsplash were installed, a modern track light and 3 new pendant lights were added too.

This project was different, customer has the kitchen enclosed in a room with a second floor included and we open it up completely. After extensive demo work, cut walls and new everything the result was a very modern, very functional and very open kitchen. With 2 tones cabinetry and the pendant lights as a focal point, you can see the result.
