STAY AWAY! Manual is a very unprofessional vendor. He is your typical contractor that doesn't complete the job correctly and gives you all the excuses in the world. I hired him to do a backsplash for my kitchen and he didn't even measure the space to provide a fair quote. As your average contractor, he didn't show up on time as scheduled, didn't complete the job correctly as some tiles were not cut correctly which left some outlets exposed. When called the following day to come back and repair (after him being paid), he told me he was going to send his guy to fix it as it shouldn't be hard to fix and it will only take 5 minutes to repair. With the job only being a "5-minute fix", it has been a month and he has yet sent me someone. He has answered my calls and tells me he is going to schedule someone and never does. There was one occasion where he said he sent someone to the house and no one answered which was Bull**** because I was home and my Ring camera never went off. He is a typical liar and I WILL NEVER USE HIM AGAIN. He will give you every reason in the book. Even his own workers do not respect him.

Manuel is unprofessional & unreliable. He will either not show up or show up late, with every excuse in the book. If he says he’s going to Home Depot to get supplies, rest assure you won’t see him for 2 days (which he did on 2 occasions). The job was mediocre and with all of the delays and no shows, I just wanted him done and out. A small and simple bathroom remodel job that should not have taken more than a week took 2 drawn out weeks of not knowing if the job would be complete or if he’s coming back. Needless to say I won’t be using this company for any other home improvement projects. Use at your own risk...DO NOT USE Renteria Home Improvements!

I am not a person that typically leaves reviews but this experience has been so horrible that I had to so no one else would have to deal with what I had to. Four words, DO NOT USE THEM. Very unprofessional. You discuss what you want upfront and nothing is written down. In the middle of the job you are told it was never discussed and then want to charge you additional money. My 2 week project is over two and a half months and they have walked away from the job. No communication. Broke my vanity during installation and does not want to pay for the replacement. Homeowners beware, look somewhere else!! If i could rate lower than one star I would.

Stay Away!! States he has a valid license and it doesn’t exist! The website doesn’t exist. When he came for an estimate he didn’t do any measurements very unprofessional. At first he didn’t need any money up front until he had some advancement in the job. The next day be arrived late and was asking for $1,000. After a few red flags we didn’t want to move forward and he demanded $80 for a machine rental that wasn’t even in his van. My mother gave him $25 to leave because he was harassing her for $80 and gas spent. There was no contract signed and already demanding money. He’s a theft! Do not trust them.
