This is one of those rare projects that every remodeler is thrilled to get, a client who will give you the freedom to do what we do. Working with Carla was a blessing as she encouraged us to experiment and never rushed us. In the end I believe we beat her expectations for this basement remodel. We added a family rec. room, full bath, bonus room, wine cellar, storage space, and exercise space. Some of the features I loved about this remodel came from Pinterest ideas. We included a book nook under the stairway with full bed, dimmable LED can lighting and charging station. Icon Craftsman designed and installed a transitionless asymetrical floor carefully bringing together hex tile and luxury vinyl tile. Icon also helped in the design of a custom one of a kind fine furniture vanity piece. Our experts designed a 200 bottle wine cellar with unique custom touches through out, like the stainless steel decorative rods used to support the wine bottles to the cat door to the storage / litter room. Check out the hand painted Latin powder coated concrete tile we laid in the bathroom! We also incorporated a touch of luxury with the rain shower and steam shower heads for the subway tiled shower accented by the hand painted concrete tile. With all of it enclosed by a custom clear coated glass shower surround it stands out as a center piece of the basement.

This Centerville project was designed by our staff with the help of the client and her adult children. We gutted the kitchen area and removed a load bearing wall to create space for a open bar space to the dinning room. We also laid new porcelain tile through the foyer and kitchen areas. Icon designed and installed all new doors for the house including a pocket door in the kitchen to help create more space. We broke out concrete and added a wet bar/food prep eat-in island with a custom artisan designed black walnut food safe butcher block counter-top. We designed in a farmhouse sink for greater versitility. Icon added new lighting in the form of dimmable LED's and a modern 1000 piece chandelier for the dinning room. We installed glass tile backsplashes and a #500 test hanging pot rack. This kitchen was designed for function and efficiency with it's beauty as a side effect.

This Master bath transformation took place because Niki was tired of the odl boring bath and want something more functional and fashionable while working on a budget. We converted an old acrylic surround into a stunning walk-in bath using a frameless sliding shower door white subway tile with a marble accent and a dual headed double shower. We continued with the white theme over to the custom six drawer his and hers vanity. Top drawers have a custom chase built-in to account for the plumbing. Icon removed the old vinyl floor and replaced it with a new gray procelain floor tile. We are proud to present this example of our work
