I contacted TurnKey Renovations for a 3 - 1 property I purchased in Jacksonville FL (1451 W 18st). They conducted a professional "concise" assessment and helped me understood the rationale for each rectification. I wanted the renovation to be done "right"... and that's exactly what they submitted. We mutually agreed on milestones and every deadline was met. They communicated in excellent fashion. I plan to use them again for my next purchase.
