My call for service returned with in an hour. Matt was also able to come out the same day. He was upfront about the higher cost of the comparable replacement and also brought a less powerful but just as effective unit as well and we had the choice. Matt is honest, fair, professional and thorough. We 100% recommend Matt/Plumb Tech will use him again for future plumbing needs.

Good Luck calling them and getting a live person. I got their name from my well driller as I had some plumbing work I wanted done. The first time I called I left a voice message. Someone called back about 8-10 hrs later but I was unavailable at that time. The person who called stated they would call back the next day by noon. Call never came! I have called back twice more and left voice messages....days apart....no call back. Not returning a call is bad business and just plain RUDE! I called the well driller back and stressed Plumb Tech would be a BAD recommend. I have since hired someone else to do the work.
