Harmony Designs has earned our highest recommendation! Mr. Edgar Torres and his team did an excellent job painting the exterior of our home. The job was a total success. Mr. Torres functioned as a professional consultant when we began the project, (This was our 1st time ever painting a house - in New York City, we always lived in apartments.) Mr. Torres was helpful, informative, patient and always available; he was very quick to respond to any call - weekdays and weekends. He answered all our questions patiently. Mr. Torres possesses great ease, which keeps the whole project running smoothly. But he is also an experienced, highly developed professional. He closely monitored all work done by his staff and Mr. Torres has a great eye for trouble-shooting. Little things always "pop-up" when doing a big project - and Edgar responded immediately to address and fix any problem. He maintains excellent relations and communication with his staff; it was clear they *wanted* to be working with him.
