I had a porcelain/cast iron sink that needed replacing. I called and heard a message saying call would be returned during that business day. I didn't get a call back for a few days and was told there was a death in the family. An appointment was made to evaluate the project. No one showed. I texted and was told their son was in an accident and was pending surgery. Another appointment was made and an employee came and told me the size sink to buy. An appointment was made to do the project. I texted when no one showed and was told she didn't know why no one showed up. She couldn't reach employee. I was later told he was rear ended. I was told "they would make it right" and another appointment was scheduled. On the day of that appointment after waiting beyond the appointed time I got a text saying job before taking too much time had to reschedule for the following week...now 3 no shows! I admit the excuses sounded legitimate but would expect to take priority. The next week 2 employees came to do the project which took hours since the sink (the size they told me to get) was larger then the hole! This work was done Thanksgiving week. A bill was received in February! The bill reflected a 25% discount but I found that little consolation after all the no shows and was charged extra labor for the sink being too large for the hole! I would never recommend this company to anyone!
