If you hire Wayne Shannon, he will have arbitration clause in contract. This means you can not take him to court and all disputes must be decided by an independent (biased) arbitrator. Arbitration costs $3,000+ just to be heard by an independent arbitrator. Do not sign his contract, with American Arbitration Association clause or you will not be able to be heard in court. This is how he gets away with poor quality and no law suits. Beware this contractor and any other contractor who has arbitration clause!!!! Shannon is the worst!!!!!
