AquaSource One Pool Management, LLC

I had contacted Joe of AquaSource One to schedule the opening of our pool which he set up for the first day of June. The day he was to open the pool was a no show with no call as to why he was unable to keep his appointment, however, he showed up three days later. Upon uncovering the pool a large tear was discovered in one corner of the pool which ended the opening on us of the pool but set in motion for the repair of the pool for utilization this season. Joe gave me an estimate for the repair of the pool. He was paid approximately $1800 by credit card. Approximately Joe came to bring samples of the various liners to order. After choosing the liner of our choice and giving $1200 cash more which brought the amount already paid out to about $3000, Joe had said he would keep me informed as to the progress of the pool. I have spent a month and a half trying to get in contact with Joe and AquaSource leaving three and as many as five messages daily on his voice mail. Hid voice mail states to leave your name, number, and a brief message and he will contact you right away. All the attempts I have made to get in touch with him to no avail after already giving approximately $3000 has overextended my patience. We have done business for four years exclusively with AquaSource One but that is ending immediately while I am also proceeding into the possibility of bringing charges against him. If he had kept his word and kept us informed as to the progress of the repairs of the pool. Instead of any hope of using the pool, I look every day at a big hole in the ground with nothing but the concrete showing in it and old torn vinyl lining from the pool now laying on the ground outside where it has been for a month and a half and still unable to receive a report of any kind.
