Eleftherio Residence

Oct 2013

Designed by architect Paul Burke, Eleftherio Residence was built from the ground up by JPS Construction and Design. JPS handled everything from excavation to finish work and designed all the built-ins. The barn-style home has four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a garage, and a swimming pool. Large red barn doors, a winch pulley, and a cupola with weather vane give the home country charm.

Pietraszek Kitchen Remodel

Apr 2013

The old kitchen and tile floor was removed, we reworked the electrical, plumbing and HVAC to bring it up to code. New 3-1/4" and 4" red oak hardwood floors were installed and the existing wood floor was sanded so the finished floor would match. The floor was finished with english chestnut stain and semi-gloss polyurethane. Black galaxy granite countertop was installed custom fit at the window and stove.

Thompson Outdoor Kitchen

Sep 2012

We designed an outdoor kitchen to be attached to the side of the existing pool house. The design includes a cedar pergola over the kitchen area to provide shade, granite countertops, a grill, sink, dishwasher and custom built cabinets. The pergola is designed to match the existing pergola but has a unique pitched roof to relate it to the pool house. A privacy screen is provided on top of a new stonewall at the back of the kitchen area to separate the view to the driveway and relate the design to the stone used on the main residence.
