Dave is a very accommodating professional. He built a sun-room and 3 decks for us and the workmanship was the highest you can find. His price was very reasonable. I will use him again.

The porch is completely trimmed with PVC panels and shadow box trim. The owner decided on these options to reduce the amount maintenance needed for the space. The project also features a water proof drainage system under the porch floor. There are ceiling fans on both levels that work remotely.
