PER REQUEST I HAVE 1765 PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS THAT SIGNED" I RECCOMEND LETTER" Th is a unfortunate situation, where the customer IS NOT all ways right, and out of the thousands of local jobs competed in the basin, of happy customers , one confused, impatient demanding, lady that insisted daily that her unfinished swing be returned, I finally accommodated her, she asked twenty times, we deliverd, and then we receive a negative review, in a nutshell I this swing had a main lower back runner that appeared to just be loose, and need to be retighen, but at the shop, severe wood rot was detected, and then the domino effect, every knuckle was severely rotten, this swing which appearred to be a quick fix has now turned into a long extensive, project and it being so old with the customer wanting to key as original as possible, we started the extensive project and the customer calling daily sometimes multiple times, demanding that the unfinished swing be returned, I finally accommodated her and packaged up all sanded, primed , some painted, with the first stage of wood filler packed in the wood rot, i uodated the customer which insisted It was returned, I charged the customer only $100 for the materials on the labor (49 hours) two hours later customer called so much I had to put a block on her.
