Do not use this company uses deceptive business practices and charges large sums of money without authorization or letting you know until you receive the bill. Refused to work with you and will send you to collections without notice.

On 6/2/19 we called our home warranty company with a leaking water pipe in our basement. They sent NB Plumbing out to do the repair. I was called by a lady named Brittanie Payton telling me a Technician was on the way. At 12:00 noon Tech Darren arrived. He inspected the leak and said it would be easy and take less than an hour. He proceded to cut out a PVC p-trap that had been leaking at the elbow. Apparently it supported a vent line that ran to the roof of our house. After the 2 inch PVC pipe was cut the vent line came loose from the roof and landed next to Darren. Darren said he hadn't planned on repairing a vent line and needed to go get parts. He wanted the $45 check for deductible for HW, and promised he would be back shortly. I waited 4 hours and he never returned. I called NB Plumbing and nobody answered, so I emailed them. And Brittanie said they were waiting for the HW to give OK to repair. I wish they would have notified us hours earlier. 3 days later we had another Plumbing company come out and they repaired Darrens mistake in less than 30 minutes. I give both Darren and Brittanie an "F" minus or Zero stars. We could not use our kitchen sink as long as the vent line was open. Brittanie had no right to yell at my wife disrespectfully!!! They need to cancel $45 check that they don't deserve to cash. The vent line was a non essential line from when our kitch sink was located on another wall in another life. And water was only leaking due to backing up. The very honest professional plumber just capped it, and it was done. I still have NB Plumbings mess to clean up. They owe us for the damange.
