Constructed a temporary support/temp wall. Removed existing jack studs and compromised LVL beam and disposal. Installed new support system by setting jack studs to new elevation using stud work. Installed new CP-LAM beams.

Demo all existing doors/hardware that rusted/baseboard trim affected by water damage/air intake grates. Treated all affected areas harboring mold with a mildacide treatment. Scraped all walls showing signs of cracking/paint chipping/water damage. Spackled and patched any walls showing damage. Installed all new baseboard trim/intake grates. Painted all walls flat ivory. Installed new doors (Birch-Vencer) to match existing with brass hardware. Painted all walls using flat ivory color.

Form and pour a concrete footing for lower stringer support. Frame for landing using all pressure treated lumber. Posts decked/treaded. Installation of custom handrails, horizontal rails and baluster.

Insulated exterior wall with foam holes, gaps and expansion foam. Wall rebuild using moisture resistant sheet rock. Installed sheets of wonder board cement backer for tile backsplash. Taped and compounded all seams. Patched miscellaneous holes in ceiling and walls. Installed 11 custom cabinets and new soft touch drawer slides. All upper cabinets trimmed with crown molding and scribe molding. All base cabinets trimmed with scribe molding and toe kick plates. Installed all hardware and adjusted doors and installed fillers. Installed hood for stove and mounted for electrician. Installed backsplash glass mosaic. Replaced trim around doors and windows in kitchen with new trim and stool, stained and coated. Installed stainless steel shelving on chase wall. Installed new flooring. Demo of existing baseboard with PP base.
