Hatch Asphalt Management

We contracted with Hatch to do a one coat cover of our driveway in May 2021. After the work was completed and we waited the 10 days for it to cure. The driveway started to "crumble" and come up in places. We immediately notified Hatch who assured us this was covered by the warranty and they would fix it quickly as they valued our business. After many emails back and forth they came to fix the driveway at the end of August. This fix made the driveway look worse then before (see pictures). Hatch then told us they would sealcoat the driveway and it should be fine. Sealcoat was done at the end of Sept and came out terrible (see pictures of stains). Company keeps telling me they will fix this problem but won't give me a timeframe. We are now 6 months after the first work was done. There are plenty of other Asphalt vendors out there.

After getting 4 prices from paving companies. Prices were anywhere from $8,800-11,500. Hatch came in at $10,200. Right in the middle. After they paved my neighbors driveway I want them to do mine. Well just like my neighbors it came out great. Could not be more pleased with everything.
