I had them come replace a joist, sill plate, and part of my porch that had termite damage. The price was fair and the work was done very quickly and efficiently. I believe the two who did the work were Paul and Kevin. It was a good experience. Would use/recommend them again.

Third Floor bathroom | Sep 2017 | Add a full bathroom to the third floor. There was no bathroom on the third floor and the Customer wanted a full bathroom installed. Part of the closet was walled off for a bathroom. A glass wall was installed on one end of the shower by the door so the room would look more open. The plumbing had to be run to the basement. The challenge was getting a full bathroom into a space with a knee wall and sloped ceiling. | $20k | Cincinnati, OH
Maintenance Free Vinyl Handrail | May 2016 | Replaced old style metal handrail with white vinyl handrail. | $1k | Cincinnati, OH
Deck with Round Metal Spindles | Apr 2016 | The existing deck was rotting and was not up to current building codes. We replaced the deck because it was not repairable. Cedar decking was used for the deck and metal spindles were installed for the handrail. The deck looks great, gives the Customer a place to enjoy the warmer weather, and enhances the value of the house. | $11k | Cincinnati, OH
Fix for a Water Leak in a Chimney | Oct 2015 | When a roof slopes down into a chimney, the force of rain water can push water up the chimney and into the flashing or back up under the shingles causing a leak. The fix is to install a cricket (or saddle) at the chimney to divert the water off the chimney and down the sides. We have installed several of these devices and they have worked very well. You can see how it works by looking at the picture of the installed device. | $1k | Cincinnati, OH
Master Bathroom Remodel | Oct 2015 | The customer had a bathtub with a small shower stall in their Master Bathroom. The bathtub was not being used and the small shower stall was being used daily. The space in the bathroom was not utilized efficiently. The shower stall and bathtub were removed and a full size walk-in shower was installed. A tile pan was installed and the ceiling was tiled. The frame-less shower door keeps the open look of the shower. A glass block window was installed where there was a picture window for privacy and to keep the shower water from damaging the window. | $18k | Loveland, OH
Load Center Door/Access Panel | Nov 2014 | The customer had a whole house generator added and the relay box was mounted below the breaker panel. We framed the breaker panel and relay box and then installed an access door. | $250 | Loveland, OH
Rebuild Front Porch | Aug 2014 | Rebuilt front porch in an older home near the University of Cincinnati. A permit was pulled for the work from the city of Cincinnati. The porch structure had to be replaced to bring it up to current building codes. The columns were replaced with fiberglass columns. | $15k | Cincinnati, OH
Rebuilt Front Porch Structure and Installed Composite Deck and Vinyl Handrail | Jul 2014 | The original front porch was curved and the outside of the porch was outside the cover of the roof. The handrail and the decking rotted on the outside curved part of the porch because of the weather exposure. The porch structure was rebuilt and squared off on the outside so the handrail and porch would all be under the cover of the roof. A vinyl handrail was installed on the porch and down the concrete steps. Composite decking was installed. This porch deck and handrail are now maintenance free. | $5k | Cincinnati, OH
Natural Mosaic Kitchen Tile Back Splash | Feb 2013 | We installed a natural mosaic tile back splash. The back splash really accented the counter top. | $927 | Loveland, OH |
