![]() ![]() | Highlands remodel | Jan 2014 | Client requested a much larger shower, a replacement counter, new tile work, and glass enclosed shower. We designed and outlined ideas for them, as well as site visits, measurements, sample showcasing, and final choices. When the project was begun, during demolition of the old shower, dry rot was found on the subfloor at all four corners of the old shower, as well as under the toilet. Providing the client with this knowledge and that this is typical with development properties, we replaced not only the subfloor where it was rotted out, but repaired the plumbing, and used a very high end water proofing membrane on all floor surfaces and the shower surround. The client's only other request was a seat in the shower, so we lowered the pony wall to create not on,y a larger shower space, but the perfect seat. | $11k | Snohomish, WA |

Bringing natural maple wainscot throughout the store floor front, as well as several built ins to hide unsightly power meters and such, as well as to show off the tasty donuts in cases. | $4k | Issaquah, WA |

![]() ![]() | Highlands Laundry | Jan 2013 | Our client wanted more space in their laundry room, as well as functionality. We added not on,y a countertop over the washing machine and dryer but a built in composite sink using the previous stand based sink's plumbing. We finished it off with end panels made from maple to not only support the counter, but to keep clutter and mess from adding up. | $2k | Snohomish, WA |
