All New Again®

The entire team from All New Again (Amir, Vasily, Alex, Vlad, Dakota, Joslynn) did a splendid job helping us take care of water damage in our bedroom. They were on time, professional and worked quickly without cutting corners. They kept us updated of the status of the project daily as they worked through the various phases of the project. All in all I would highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the work All New Again did on remediating a minor leak so I also had them do the repairs: patching the floor they had cut open in the 2nd floor master bedroom, replacing the balcony French Doors that were the source of the leak, installing a polycarbonate awning to minimize future wind-driven weather, and replacing the rotting top cap on on my balcony deck. Amir was extremely communicative and up front with their schedule. He called when he said he would call and diligently followed up on requests. Elvis managed the project on site. He and his team Zahir, Anel and Sanel were polite, efficient, and prompt each time they said they would be there. They had me double check everything they completed as they went and showed pride in their work. I've already recommended them to my neighbors!

After having three different companies look at water damage caused by poor weather stripping on the French doors of my 2nd floor townhouse bedroom balcony, I got a referral for All New Again through Porch. From the very start, Dakota was quick, responsive and honest in offering options and suggestions. He also didn't try to push work unrelated to the immediate water damage issue, which is what I encountered with the previous companies. Daniel, Collin and Orfa were the remediation team who cleared the damage and prepped it for the next phase of repair. They were tidy and made sure to explain what they were doing and what to expect. I've been very pleased with their work and have already recommended them to my neighbors. It was exactly the referral I'd been trying to find for the last couple of years!
