Sasser & Son

I called Sasser and Son to come out to complete a septic tank service. They gave me a date when they would be there. They never showed. I called later in the day and they said they would be out the next day. Again, they never showed. No phone call. No communication. I called them again later that day and they said they had to replace the starter in their truck but would be out in a couple of hours. Again. They never showed. Never called. I finally just called and told them I would find someone else to do it. Terrible service. Terrible communication.
