The process was very convenient and the work was performed well by an experienced and polite workman. My only complaint is that I was expecting to be able to get multiple quotes rather than just the one. The rate for the work done were somewhat higher than I expected. In the future, I may choose different options if there is not a better sense of competitive rates.
