Severna Park, MD Vantage Property Management (VPM)! What can I say about VPM? My family and I have been customers of VPM since 2012. We rented a beautiful one family home from them. The overall service provided by VPM to date have been nothing below excellent. The past and current staff, especially Hannah, have all been nothing but great; helpful, supportive and thoughtful. Subsequently, their actions have and continue to result in timely review and completion of all submitted/necessary requests/projects for the house. Hannah is an exceptional staff member-a great asset to VPM. She is thoughtful and shows care for both the house and our family. She’s always available to address our requests, as well as provide helpful information to make our stay at the house very pleasant. She often brings our little man something special on her regular scheduled visits, maybe as a way to make him feel comfortable since he’s very shy- and if he’s not home, Hannah would leave whatever it is for him. These actions of Hannah’s are highly appreciated and commendable. Thank You Hannah!
