Advanced Home Inspections

Joe Densford inspected my new house prior to closing the real estate transaction. He failed to properly inspect the roof and notice I have missing shingles! From rereading his report, he did not climb on the roof! Well my home insurance company certainly did notice! But is too late now to make this a condition of sale, because the house closed based on his inspection report (and he even had a typo on my address). It is unacceptable for a home inspector to not climb on the roof to properly inspect it. I wasted money on him, now have to pay a contractor to repair it. I now also feel bitterness towards my Crye-Leike agent for recommending an incompetent service.
