I had an issue with our oven...from my description of the problem he had a pretty good idea of what was wrong. He volunteered to research the cost of the parts for me because they could be rather expensive. He called me back and gave me the price of the parts and told me I could get a new stove for what it would cost to repair my old one, which is what I ended up doing. Basically he saved my the cost of a service call because of his knowledge and sense of fairness. You can bet he will be the one I call if and when I need repair on another appliance.
