In 2010 Top Notch Transitional Services (TNTS). Was conceptualized after working working with Fannie Mae, Hud, Bank of America in transitioning hundreds of foreclosed and distressed properties back into bank ready condition. At the time despite being incredibly successfully we felt completely helpless as we bared witness to hundreds of shattered dreams of unfortunate families who lost there dream homes in the wake of the country's largest housing crunch. But then one day a light bulb lit and we began fantasizing about a vision of working with clients proactively in the early stages in all walks of life battling through all sorts of life changing events ranging from divorce, death, Illness, eviction notifications, relocating seniors, recent retirees, estate cleanup, fires & floods, emergencies, downsizing, hoarding emergencies, hell even more joyous times like first time home buyers or sellers. Well the dream came true as we can proudly say 4 years later and many restless nights our team have worked rigorously to successfully transition over a thousand families. Funny thing about transition is that like life it often happens before you do. Since TNTS took our definition of transitional services to market, We can proudly say that we have made a significant impact on the emotional health & wellness of our client while equally bridging the gap social economically to make our services affordable to clients from all walks of life from wealthy to impoverished. TNTS is committed to diversely customizing our services to better assist clients from any and all situations. Awareness is our objective wither by performing guest spots on local television on aging in place, or speaking to members of clergy to being featured by Goodwill for donating over 10 thousand tons of clothing and goods. TNTS is truly committed to the community in which it serves by raising enormous awareness and educating clients on the importance of transitional services.
