Neat Painting & Remodeling

In a rush to find painters who could get a job done within a week, Jesse called me within 2 hours of submitting my pro referral and was able to provide an estimate over the phone. I was hesitate at first due to the limited reviews I could find about Neat Painting and Remodeling but Jesse made an effort to get back to me whenever I called. He was able to meet my sister while I was out of town on business, and together they called me to talk through the job. His recommendation were spot on and exactly what I needed. We decided to paint the wood trim/modeling around my windows and doors all over my new condo. Jesse was able to bring a crew in later that week and they worked through the weekend to ensure the job got done before my move in. Throughout the process, Jesse met me multiple times to check in on his crew and see how I was liking everything. They did an amazing job, my window frames, door frames and doors look brand new. Before they left, they cleaned everything up and I didn't have to worry about a thing! I would recommend Jesse to anyone look for a professional job!

I've never been more disappointed. I contracted Neat Painting to help fix first time home owners painting mishaps. Jesse the owner did in fact come right out and took on the job within days. He at first made me feel assured the job would be 100% professional looking and made me feel confident his professionalism would shine through his work. I've never been more wrong in my life. Jesse claimed the job was done. As I walked through my home, I noticed there were areas that looked terrible, unfinished, untouched. When confronted about multiple areas that still looked sloppy and unfinished, Jesse lost it. He yelled and screamed profanities, stomping off an unfinished job like a lunatic. He cashed the check despite an unfinished job and has yet to turn back. He claims to guarantee his work, but he cannot be trusted. His main priority is definitely not customer satisfaction.
