Signature Spaces is an award-winning custom design/build residential remodeling studio providing turn-key services to homeowners seeking creatively functional home upgrade solutions which reflect their aesthetic tastes. Our design process starts with a number of discovery sessions with the homeowner(s). Discovery includes as much initial input from the homeowners as they are able to provide. It also includes our preliminary assessment of the existing home?s area to be improved. Many photos and measurements are taken and preliminary CAD (computer aided design) concepts are prepared for the homeowners' consideration. The design process continues until the homeowners can finally see their dream improvements. During this time, spatial concepts and finishes will be explored. When the desired design is reached we guide the homeowners on a shopping tour during which they select all the fixtures, furnishings, surfaces and textures required to make their dreams become reality. But this is just the beginning. We maintain daily contact with our customers during construction. We encourage continual input from the homeowners throughout the construction phase. We engage our customers in an intense discovery process to make sure they will be in love with their new spaces many years after we have left. Customers whose spaces we improved 15 years ago still love them as much as they did the day we completed their dream. Interpreting - It takes time to understand another's ideas. We are a small low-overhead boutique which allows us to spend as much time as required in order to think like our customers from design through construction. Larger companies cannot generally duplicate our focus on design and details due to time/cost constraints. Execution - We insist on using only the best materials and trade contractors available within our customers' budgets. This reduces the incidents of call backs. During our 20 years we have not had one serious call back and only a handful of minor occurrences.
