Do not hire...They try to nickel and dime you to death. Sloppy work from the crew, Bishop Baldwin does not inspect the work and find excuses. I had to pay someone else to fix a lot of the mistakes/errors. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Charged me $300 to clean my gutters & I only have 2 smalls ones. Also he did a very sloppy cement job for a small section of my home charged me $3500 and the work was so embarrassing I was afraid to go outside. I tried to get a city inspector to prove that the work was not up to code, but they said Brian Baldwin never pulled the permits that he charged me for so they couldn’t come out!!! I then hired my own inspector and he came out and laughed and said he won’t even charge me for the inspection because the work was worse than he’d ever seen.. Brian Baldwin is a crook! I had to pay another contractor to repair his work and the cement was cracking all over the place.
