Dan Hallock of Dynasty construction was hired to build an ADU for us. 1 1/2 years later, we had to find others to do the work with no word or return payment from him. The work was slow, criminally incompetent and he lied about a number of issues with the project (told us it was an ADU, but filed with the city as an attachment) and took additional money from us for incomplete projects. Do not trust or hire this man! You have been warned.

Under delivered over promised. Poor quality tile work, poor quality workmanship on wall repairs, poor quality cabinet face replace. Reluctantly fixed some of his poor work after arguing with me. Project took twice as long to complete than what was agreed upon. His painting of interior and exterior was good quality. I DO NOT recommend you hire this contractor.
