People need to realize that with bank owned property we as agents and contractors go in and ask for certain things to be fixed. Those requests are ultimately the banks decision. Some banks choose to make those repairs but want the lowest amount to fix them. As an agent there have been many things I felt needed to be fixed but Jolley or I were not allowed to fix them. People purchasing bank homes do take a chance that not everything will be fixed. That is why bank owned properties are sold as is seller to do no repairs. I have worked with other contractors and Jolley has been the best that I have worked with!

I have used Jolley Construction numerous times and have always been more than pleased with their work. They eliminated black mold from the siding on my shop and restained it and cleaned the roof. I had new sheet rock done on a bedroom wall, and texturized and painted. I had a curb and retaining wall replaced after a storm blew down a tree. They also removed that tree and another one. And the biggest project was cleaning up my mother in laws property and house after evicting the tenant who trashed the place and hauling away all the trash. They not only can handle big jobs but small ones that are difficult to find someone for at times. I definitely recommend them as a 5 star business.
