This is an asphalt or blacktop parking lot, a few years old. We cleaned off the parking lot with a blower, then applied asphalt sealer by brush. This helps extend the life of asphalt and helps keep out damage from the elements. We do not disclose prices for previous jobs as to not confuse customers with discrepancies between different projects. As with every job, the circumstances are different, having to do with size, prep work, existing driveway condition, etc. So we would prefer to speak on each customers project individually about that certain projects needs, and give price quotes based on the evaluation at the time of your estimate or proposal.

This is a private road that we installed a new hot-mix asphalt driveway. First we hauled in some road base, leveled up and graded the driveway, then hauled in the asphalt, spread it thru an asphalt lay down machine, and rolled it with a roller. This is a chip seal driveway. We haul in, spread and level road base, then spray a thick hot tar, and spread pea gravel on top, and then roll.
