This couple wanted two things. A beautiful view of the lake and a place where all of their kids and family could be together. The home was in disrepair and needed updating as well as a space for the grandkids to play. We reworked the floor plan and opened up the main level to allow for better visibility throughout the space. The Kitchen is IKEA cabinetry with a custom built island which houses an 8' granite slab. The Master Shower has Marble tile with a 6' Air Jet tub.

This guest bathroom, although small, had potential, but whomever had finished it before we arrived had not done it justice. The clients asked us to come in and refinish it using all new fixtures and a brand new shower where the tub had been. We reused the existing cabinet, by making it taller so it sat at a modern day height.

This couple needed a space of their own separate from the rest of the house. Their Craftsman style house in Lee's Summit did not have the space for a Master Suite, so they looked to the Attic. After rebuilding the roof, and adding a full bathroom complete with a jetted walk-in shower, bidet and tile wainscot, this couple can now enjoy their new second story.

This family loved their Western Shawnee home. However, their Master bathrrom needed some updating. The cabinets were falling apart and the shower tile was peeling off the walls. In order to update their look, we came in with brand new tile and cabinetry for the space. The Mosiac tile connects the space as it runs along the walls of the vanity and tub. The 18x18 tile makes the floor look like one whole piece rather than breaking it up with grout lines.

This stately 100+ age house needed some tweaks to better fit the homeowners. Husband and wife both work a lot from home, and needed an office to accommodate them.  By re-fashioning a large side-porch with large arched windows, hardwood floors and copious amounts of cherry trim and cabinetry, the old porch has been transformed into a classic working office.  A pair of daughters really needed a more functional space, so the old sleeping porch/closet was reconfigured to become two large closets and a wonderfully bright full bathroom.  All this in just a bit over 6 weeks!

This 1925 KCK home needed some love. The old floor plan was not working for the homeowners who loved to entertain large groups of people. And with their mother-in-law moving in with them, they were running out of space. In order to give them more room, we restructured the wall between the dining room and kitchen to allow for a larger opening and added the island with bar seating. The brand new cabinets extend to the ceiling to give them more storage as well. The farmhouse sink and butcher block give this modern day kitchen the old school feeling that it needs to blend in with the home.
