I used Rich as a referral from a friend. I was excited to get someone who i thought would be honest in his dealings. I soon found this to not be true. When the guys were loading the truck, I pointed out that my new couch was hanging out the door too far and that when they closed the door it would rub. They assured me that it would be fine and when we got to the location of the move it was not fine. It was damaged. This was a brand new couch and could have been avoided had they listen to me and not blown me off. They tried cleaning it and said that was all they could do. This was not the only piece they damaged. My sons brand new bed that he had only for a month was broken when trying to wrap it. They did not offer to try to fix it or anything. To say the least, the move started out rough and ended even rougher. When the couch got damaged, I called Rich and he pretty much told me that he gave me a good deal so I was out of luck. I told him I wanted to file on this insurance and he blew me off. His guys didn't even put the master bed back together or unwrap the loft furniture. When i asked him about it, he said his guys didn't take the bed apart, but yet it was all wrapped in their brown packing tape. Rich was $200 higher then his competitors, but I decided to use him because of the referral. Turns out I should have went with the other company. Rich had a chance to do the right thing and work it out with me like a good businessman should have done. He promised to have his guys call me and I never heard from them. I would give it no stars if I could and hope this review helps save someone else from a moving horror story.
