I would strongly recommend against using this contractor.....I hired him to frame and side a new home for me and my family and we had agreed upon a price..he moved his job trailer to the site early in November and by the end part of November i had to go “help” him pull floor joists across the foundation because he “couldn’t afford to hire anyone” after I already gave him a 12500 dollar deposit and all he did was frame three pony walls which should of taken a week at most. He didn’t have any help on site not real sure what he did all day? Moving on I had a buddy come to help bail him out since he wasn’t working and me Finnegan would show up for a few hours at a time at Best most days no one would even hear from him at all..... I would go weeks without hearing from him. Long story short I had to pay someone else full price to finish the job that he took a deposit on so I. My eyes he stole roughly 12 grand from me!!!
