Our HOA needed someone to cut the two retention ponds in our neighborhood. I should have known better after seeing all of the tacky business drama on Ratheal's Facebook page, but we were desperate for someone to cut the ponds before they got out of hand. I told him it was for two ponds and he would need to wait til it hadn't rained to get the bottoms. He was supposed to come the week of August 8- I had to reach out to him days later because I never heard from him. He and another guy came the day it rained and only did the top part- not even the sides of the retention ponds. He said "I think you will be pleased". I drove by and it looked TERRIBLE. Such a half done job. I then wrote him and said I can't pay you for that- you have to come back and FINISH. He says "ok". I then say- are you planning on coming back or do I need to find someone responsible to finish this job? he responds "you need to watch your word usage". This "man" is condescending to women. He then says "I'm calling your husband"- like he's tattling and my husband doesn't already know that this jerk spoke to me like this and he's going to get away with it! He stalks my husband and gets his phone number somehow- what a PHYSCHO! My husband told him the same thing I did but you best believe he was respectful to my husband. Do not do business with this excuse of a man. Rude and does a piss poor job. I posted photos of what he thinks is a good job and screenshots of how he talks to customers. He also has turned off reviews on his FB business page with speaks volumes.
