Southeastern Exterminating

This company refused to service our home. Our home has never had termite damage and has always been under a termite bond (with a different company.) It has always been inspected annually and receives preventative treatments as recommended by the company holding the termite bond. We wanted to switch to Southeastern Exterminating because they offer transferrable termite bonds. They said they would not service our home because it had been under bond with a different company(terminex), and the other company had done normal preventative maintenance. We submitted all documentation stating there was no damage and any former treatment had only been preventative. They still would not cover our home.
