Pools By Nelson

We are so pleased with Pools by Nelson. I had shopped around for other pool companies and Pools by Nelson was better priced with great products to offer, they were willing to work with our small yard. Gave professional advice during our design meeting. Their whole team was so professional and polite. They always cleaned up after themselves and made sure on final work day the yard was cleaned. Their crew works very hard in some harsh weather, and still manage to wow with the quality of work for our project, took 3 months we had a small pool and the weather has been extreme causing delays, that was fast and still within the timeliness we had discussed at signing. Our permits took a month and a half after signing, but that's due to the city. Patience is key in the whole pool building process there were times i didn't understand the process but in the end Pools by Nelson are Professionals and man do they know what they are doing, all good things come in time and Pools by Nelson was so worth my time. We gave them coffee, sugar, spoons they always returned dishes and utensils. Tina was so amazing about calling back or texting me to answer questions or get answers on questions. I'd leave a message and I knew Tina would return my call if not the same day the following day. I read the reviews before making my choice about going with Pools by Nelson and I can say I know we made the right choice. Thank you Jeremy for design and thank you Sean for being very professional and informative. I 100% recommend Pools by Nelson. I am a very satisfied customer🥰.
