I had my roof done about a year ago and was very impressed with the work performed as well as the performance of the crew from Lute Roofing. The owner himself worked on my roof over seeing every detail. I was so impressed that recently when a tree fell on my roof and caused extensive damage I called Chris Lute (Owner of Lute Roofing) to repair the roof and structural damage that the tree caused in the attic. We hired Lute Roofing a few years back on a fixer upper that we had purchased and they did a great job. It was only 12 square but there were a few stacks and an addition. The owner made a few suggestions on additional roof overhang where walls leaked water in winter then fixed thone problem areas. We couldn't have been happier with the work done. It was a total tear off with stack repairs and Ridgemont added plus roof extensions on the sides. Cleanup was done by the crew and went quickly. A few months later after a storm we found a few Ridge caps laying in the yard and the owner came right away and climbed back up on the roof to see if he could repair it. Those caps we found were not from our roof but came off a neighbors roof that needed done! All in all Lute Roofing did a tremendous job and I would recommend them for all your roofing needs.
