I came from Vegas to AZ just for a door and trim measuring appointment. These fools didn’t even show up. And to make it worse, Home Depot (who they’re contracted with) told us that Paige (the scheduling secretary) told them that their measuring guy came to the house. What a flat out lie, and gladly Home Depot even had my back and told Paige that there was no way the guy came out because I called Home Depot four minutes after my appointment time to see what was going on. I’m already dealing with my house being broken into, all my furniture stolen and my house vandalized, and Paige KNEW this. And I had to drive two hours out the way to attend an appointment for no one to show up after even waiting for five hours for someone to call me back. When I called for the first two hours, Paige “allegedly” and conveniently stepped out the office and I was told I’d get a return phone call. After me calling in every 30 minutes, this of course did not happen. God knew what he was doing because if I didn’t have to leave the area at a certain time, Paige and I would have had a conversation face to face. If you ever have an estimate to get done, and Redmond Construction is to do the work, go elsewhere. Home Depot is good only if Home Depot does the work.
