I get no return calls. why?

Sandy was late for the estimate, which included my elderly neighbor. When she did show up she gave an estimate, talked with my neighbor (conversation unknown) and left staying she'd be back on Monday morning at 10 am 7-13-2020 to do both jobs which was trimming bushes at both homes. *Monday morning came and I began calling by 10:15 am and received no answer. I called again by 10:45, left a message, still no answer. At 11:20 am my husband texted her and she spoke with him via cell texting but never offered to call me back so much as a courtesy call. By afternoon after working hours, my husband explained that she had been in ER since 9am that morning. He asked for a reply as to if she could do the bushes. She said she'd reply. Not once did she ask about the elderly gentleman, nor did she call him. He began calling here instead. Sandy said she'd be here by Tuesday of the next week because her injury caused her work to "get behind" and that's the soonest she could be here. She never called us, never inquired about the gentleman across the street with whom she gave the estimate to, and once my husband texted her his last time, she said NO she would not be doing the jobs. Thinking she would have had the courtesy to call the gentleman herself, she left him without knowing anything. Summary for whoever needs to read this: If you want to be led to believe a job will be done, that you'll have your incoming calls to her ignored, that she won't show when she says she will, the THIS IS YOUR WOMAN! Ridiculous and Repulsive
