Watts Electrical

We had Mr Watt come to our and he was supposed to change out some 10 amp ARC breakers on our switch box in our house. We were told by the Berkeley County Electric Code representative that it was okay to swap out these 10 amp ARC breakers with 20-30 amp breakers. Mr Watt was supposed to come out between 8-10 am. No show. We called and he said he was waiting for pics of our electric box. I sent him 6 total pictures and specifically asked him to swap out the 5 red 10 amp ARC breakers with regular 20-30 amp breakers. He came out late when I wasn’t there and did NOTHING. He told my wife to move the k-cup coffee maker to another wall plug and the charged her $260 for a 20 minute consulting fee. Then he left. I called him when I got back and he said he would come back and change out the ARC breakers but he would have to charge for the trip and breaker switches again, another $255. I said that was BS and told him that was ridiculous that he charged us $260 and did NOTHING. Terrible terrible RIP OFF!!!!
