Awful experience. Still owes me 1750 from a leaking chimney he did not fix.

Joey did a good job on a privacy fence and porch railings. Repair work under my house was a mess and I have had to have it done over. Tile in kitchen wasn't put down right. Was coming loose. Duck work is just on the ground. Dec 15 he put new moisture barrier and new insulation under house. Insulation looks sloppy. Hanging down in many places. Drain line from air conditioner was broke and caused mold and mildew under house. I had to have all of that replaced and new tile put in. There is a lot of difference the way the tile looks now. I had someone else do the work. I called Joey about the insulation. He said he was coming to check. Never showed up. Also called him about loose tile. He said he would come next day. Never came or call. I would not recommend Joey to anyone for any job. His men were the only ones to go under my house. I know that is the ones that broke the drain line. May have been an accident. He should still be responsible. He did repair work under my neighbors house and they had to have it done over also. Be careful about having Joey doing any job.

We hired to Joey to replace A/C duct work, paint a couple of rooms and several other small projects. He worked on A/C for a few days before we had to go out of town. While we were gone, he called to say a beam and many joists were rotten and had to be replaced before he could continue with work. I don't understand why this was not found as soon as he started work other than the fact that he could then charge more for work. The price of the work for the floor joists and beam seemed outrageous to me. Also now I am having to have more work done under my house as he sistered the new joists to the old ones. This makes the new ones wet also. He said he had taken out the rotten boards instead of sistering them to old ones. Plus he did not replace all the ones that needed to replaced. I will not have him do any more work for me not recommend him to anyone.

Joey wrapped all trim in metal. That went well so I hired him to fix a leak in chimney. I paid him...it rained... Still leaked. Six weeks and several unanswered calls later I had to hire another company to fix it.
