Bryan Eady, owner of Complete Handyman Remodeling, has been in the construction industry for 20 years. We modified their island and made it larger, we relocated the refrigerator, and added a large pull out drawers where the refrigerator was. Made new cabinets and repainted them all. It has a large lower level deck that is approximately 24' x 16' with a set of stairs with landing that go up to a 16' x 14' upper level. We used pressure treated decking material on everything including the rails and stairs. We added a support beam on solid 6x6 posts to support the upper level and to give 8' of height while standing under on the lower level. Also to support part of the lower level deck to make the two levels more connected and stronger. Also perfect to hang a swing from to sit in the shade.
